 How To Register

It is standard in the industry for non union talent to pay a registration fee.  Our fee is $75.00 (which includes 13% HST).  This is a one-time non-refundable fee and is required at the time of registration. 

 

There is NO registration fee for ACTRA members.

The registration fee can be paid in one of two ways:

 

1.  Send an EMT (Email Money Transfer) to twinstalentagency@rogers.com
    Password:  registration

 

2.  Send a cheque c/o Twins Talent Agency – to agency address (contact us).



Complete my profile sheet (click here) ensuring all measurements are accurately noted on the form.  Be sure to list your special skills, and specialty wardrobe.  Make sure you save the profile sheet to your desktop (will ask you to re-name file).  Email Profile sheet to:  twinstalentagency@rogers.com.​  Note: you may need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

 

Attach a current casual picture in JPEG format.  The picture does not have to be a professional picture.  The picture must be taken outside, as exterior pictures tend to be better quality.  Be aware of the ‘background’ when taking the picture.  These pictures are often forwarded to casting directors, so getting a good quality picture is key.  

Twins/triplets should be in the same picture, looking alike.

Once we have received all of the above, you will be added to our roster. You will then be invited to join our online database. The database will be our main tool for booking talent.  

Once you have completed your profile and ‘hit submit’,  you will receive an automated message back indicating that you have been successfully added to the database.  You can now manage your own profile, update pictures, change your special skills, etc.    

 

If your union status changes, remember to update your information on the database.

 

The link to access your profile on the database is:  www.twinstalentdb.com/login.  

 

Your login is the email address you used to set up the profile and the default password is:  password.   

 

If you are having difficulty accessing the database, or moving the ‘sliders’, try using a different browser.   You also must complete the database from a computer or laptop.  It will not work if you are using your phone.

 

As casting directors will have access to my database, it is important that your information and pictures are current at all times.

 

You may have to download the latest version of Adobe PDF Reader.​
